Shipping to the USA: Enjoy free standard shipping! Your package will typically arrive in 10-20 business days via USPS after it ships.

International Orders: Free international shipping takes about 15-20 business days (we usually use YANWEN).

Important Delivery Info: Please provide a physical address, as we can't ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO).

Track Your Package: Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. It might take a few hours to show updates. Just click the link to see your shipping status.

When Will It Arrive? Delivery Time = Processing Time (up to 2 days) + Shipping Time (10-20 days for USA). If you need your order by a specific date, please let us know.

Your Address Matters: Please double-check your shipping address when ordering. Incorrect addresses may delay processing. You're responsible for providing the correct address, and additional shipping charges apply for returns due to errors. We can't refund abandoned shipments with wrong addresses.

15-Day Policy: You have 15 days from delivery for returns/exchanges. Email us for the return address before sending anything. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Damaged/Incorrect Items: Email xuedouling@gmail.com with your order number for assistance.

Order Changes/Cancellations:

  • Before Shipping: Contact us ASAP for free changes/cancellations.
  • After Shipping: Cannot be changed/cancelled. Contact us for the return address after receiving.

Return/Exchange Rules: Unused, original condition/packaging required. No returns/exchanges on custom items. Unauthorized returns won't be accepted. Don't refuse delivery without contacting us first (refund not guaranteed).

Shipping Fees: Buyer pays return shipping for wrong size, unwanted items, or change of mind. Hi-Tie covers return shipping/exchange for damaged, stained, or incorrect items.

Refunds: Provide return tracking. Refunds processed within 24 hours of receiving the return (PayPal) or 48-72 hours (credit card).
